SkillBridge Fellowship Program
Are you transitioning to civilian life? We are prepared for you.
The SkillBridge Fellowship Program offers transitioning military service members the opportunity to gain civilian work experience through full-time internships during their last 6 months of service. You start your transition early while still receiving full military compensation and benefits as an active-duty service member.
The program is open to all ranks and experience levels. Additional skills and experience may be required or preferred depending on the area or role.
Register your interestQualifications
Candidates must meet all DoD SkillBridge eligibility requirements, including:
- A proven track record of success in your military career
- Served at least 180 days on active duty
- Currently active duty and within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Will receive an honorable discharge
- Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
- Has Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
